✅ How Our Simple Claims Process Works

At LITKRAFT, we make the claims process as quick, stress-free, and transparent as possible. Here’s what happens when you start your case with us:

1️⃣ We Review Your Case

If you meet our eligibility criteria, our friendly team will gather the key facts and supporting evidence. With your permission, we’ll pass your details to one of the experienced solicitors from our trusted panel.

2️⃣ Sign & Start

You’ll sign an agreement with your appointed solicitor, who will then formally present your claim to the third party responsible.

3️⃣ Medical Assessment

If liability is accepted, you’ll attend a medical examination so the full extent of your injuries and losses can be accurately recorded. This step ensures you claim the maximum amount you’re entitled to.

4️⃣ Negotiation & Settlement

Your solicitor will submit the medical evidence to the other side and negotiate for the highest possible settlement. Once agreed, most settlements are paid within six weeks.

5️⃣ If the Other Side Disagrees

• If no agreement is reached – Your solicitor may issue court proceedings to protect your rights.
• If liability is denied – Further investigations will be carried out and, if necessary, your case will proceed to court.
