No Win No Fee

For personal injury claims — including road traffic accidents, workplace injuries, medical negligence, accidents in public places and serious injuries — Litkraft does not charge you any fee. Our service is completely free to you regardless of the outcome. Please be aware that we receive a payment from the solicitors for some of the work we undertake on your behalf. This will not affect any compensation that may be due to you.

The specialist solicitors we introduce you to work under a Conditional Fee Agreement (No Win No Fee). Your solicitor will explain their full fee arrangement to you clearly in writing before any work begins. Please note we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim. Please note that if you provide false or misleading information or fail to cooperate, your solicitor may terminate your agreement and charges may become payable for work already undertaken.
